The taxi service was a mess!!! They arrived late, and we had no choice but to squeeze into a small vehicle. endless hawkers selling trinkets while you're relaxing is not my idea of a peaceful resort experience!!!

what a disappointment! first, the ‘all inclusive’ was a big joke. $3 for a coke? absolutely ridiculous! then, the beach seemed reserved for those with gold bracelets. not to mention that the staff were so rude, it almost felt intentional. i almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t. what a letdown!

the staff were super friendly and helpful, the havana restaurant was amazing. The room was comfy with a cool mini fridge and good a/c. loved chillin in the hammock on the balcony and the water sports center on site was really handy too.
only downside was the noise from the nearby aqua park and the food could get kinda repetitive.

We arranged a shuttle with the hotel, and they were exceptionally helpful upon arrival, assisting with our baggage. The heated pool near the aqua park was a delight, especially in winter. Our snorkeling experience was fantastic. we saw a diverse range of fish! The gardens offered a lovely view that enhanced our relaxation.
The menu options for breakfast were limited compared to other guests.
